The M.M GROUP was established in October 2001 with domain expertise in Supply Chain Management, especially as a super distributor. From the inception we have been dealing with Ranbaxy – Blue R Division, Alkem Laborartories Ltd (Generic division), Intas Pharmaceuticals (Innova Division) we were the super distributor of the said company for entire state of Tamilnadu. In the year 2006, a new entity in our group in the name of MOHAN MEDICARE was created to handle the C&A operations of India’s largest generic company Cipla Ltd (Generic division) in Tamilnadu, Puducherry and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Mohan Medicare was appointed as the C&A agent for Abbott Healthcare Generics Division for the above territory in the year 2016. As of Tamilnadu is concerned we cater every nuke and corner of the state.
We received wide spread accreditation and within a short span of time, we were able to contribute towards huge increase in the turnover for the company. In a nutshell, during the first year of operation 2006-2007 the turnover we made was around Rs. 90 Million compared to it, we made a turnover of Rs. 430 Million in financial year 2016-2017. We have grown to the turnover of whooping Rs. 1000 Million in the financial year 2021 – 2022. Superior Marketing Techniques, Perfect Relationship with Stockiest & On time Logistics are few reasons for us to make this leap.
Our core competency is on Stockiest – Supplier Relationship. We had developed a strong team of more than 300 Stockiest in turn catering to multiple retailers. Organizing multi various programs at various locations in and out of the country and Annual Award Feast are some of the key features that brought us into the limelight in maintaining cordial relationships. These enriched the growth of the market in turn the growth of the entity and which in turn resulted in overall growth of the Division / Company.

The think tanks of this entity are Mr. Ashok Jain, Mr. Arvind Rathod, and Mr. Kuldeep Rathod they head the entity in all its sectors (Admin/HR/Marketing) with wide experience in Pharma Distribution and a strong team of Marketing & Distribution experts ably supports them. who have been in close for one decade of marketing experience. The present human resource strength of the entity is around 40 and the company is flexible in adapting to higher resources too.
SYSTEM & CAPACITY
The company works in a very systematic environment. The group is updated with latest technology. Custom-made software’s are utilized and adapted as per industrial standards is followed. The company is capable of handling a huge inventory.
FINANCE
The company has infused a huge finance by its trusted partners and also through financial institutes. The company has enough resources to bring finance though its promoters as per the necessity.

Most conducive work environment is provided to the employees of the organization. The office of the company is located prime location of Chennai city. The stocks are kept as per the norms of the industry; the ventilation standards are at best.

The Company caters to the local market by its own vehicle. Up city markets are catered through reputed transports. International time standards are met from placing an order to its delivery.

The entity maintains proper documents as per standards and practices. Statistical analyses are done from time to time. All statistical tools are used in such analysis, which can be made region wise, customer wise, product wise and market wise. This analysis enables us to make and present higher levels of study and also in determining core competency in concentration.
